Beijing - South Korean variety shows have topped Tudou.com's (a subsidiary of Youku Tudou Inc.) must-view lists for young and social media-savvy Chinese viewers. With titles from Korean television stations SBS, KBS, and MBC, Tudou's collection has attracted almost 100 million total views.Tudou offers 15 Korean variety shows, six of which are exclusive to Tudou. MTV EXIT launches online doc in China

Beijing – Following the success of its 2012 Chinese New Year campaign, Pepsi has again partnered with Youku Tudou on a web movie campaign, Bring Love Home. The 30-minute web movie premiered January 21, simultaneously on Youku.com, Tudou.com, and in a Beijing theatre packed with Pepsi celebrities. Youku and Tudou complete merger

Beijing and Shanghai – Youku Tudou Inc. (Youku) and Tudou Holdings Limited (Tudou) have announced the completion of the merger between Tudou and Two Merger Sub Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Youku, pursuant to the agreement and plan of merger dated March 11, 2012. Hong Kong – Youku Inc. shareholders have voted in favour of the proposal to issue Youku Class A shares as the consideration for the merger with Tudou Holdings Limited.
