Youku Tudou partners with smart TV and OTT manufacturers

Beijing – Youku Tudou Inc., China's leading Internet television company, announced on April 24 that it has inked strategic partnerships with most of China's smart TV and OTT manufacturers, eight of which are an exclusive integration of the pre-installed Youku Tudou App. In April, Youku announced four new partnerships with OTT companies. Hong Kong – China’s Youku Tudou Inc. and Hong Kong’s Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB) have entered an exclusive partnership that will bring an annual volume of over 2,500 hours of TVB's newest dramas and old classics to Youku Tudou's websites and mobile clients. Youku and Tudou complete merger

Beijing and Shanghai – Youku Tudou Inc. (Youku) and Tudou Holdings Limited (Tudou) have announced the completion of the merger between Tudou and Two Merger Sub Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Youku, pursuant to the agreement and plan of merger dated March 11, 2012.
