Hong Kong’s The Standard reports that Authorities have slapped Sina Corp with a fine of 5.1 million yuan (HK$6.3 million) over "unhealthy and indecent content", the internet giant announced. Youku Tudou Inc., China's Internet television company, has formed a multi-screen strategic content-sharing alliance with SINA Corporation, an online media company serving China and the global Chinese communities.
