Ms Koh Lin-Net will be appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Media Development Authority (MDA), with effect from 1 November 2012. Ms Koh succeeds Mr Aubeck Kam, who will relinquish his appointment on 31 October 2012. Singapore – The Media Development Authority (MDA) today announced that Singapore’s free-to-air (FTA) TV channels will go fully digital by the end of 2013 using the DVB-T2 (Digital Video Broadcasting – Second Generation Terrestrial) broadcasting standard.
