Global OTT TV revenues slated to hit $51b in 2020

Global OTT TV and video revenues covering 64 countries are expected to reach $51.1 billion in 2020, jumping from $4.2 billion in 2010 and an expected $26 billion this year, according to Digital TV Research. Research and Markets releases Global IPTV Forecasts to 2020 report

Dublin – Research and Markets has announced the addition of the "Global IPTV Forecasts" report to their offering. Global digital TV conversion to increase by 131 million

Based on forecasts for 138 countries, the number of digital TV homes will increase by more than 1 billion between 2010 and 2020 to 1.68 billion – or up by 185%, according to a new report from Digital TV Research. Half a billion Asia-Pacific homes to convert to digital TV

Asia Pacific’s pay-TV boom to continue

Pay-TV revenues in Asia Pacific will be US$12 billion higher in 2018 (US$43.9 billion total) than in 2012, according to a report from Digital TV Research.
