AMC Networks to acquire Liberty Global’s Chellomedia
New York, New York – AMC Networks Inc has announced that it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire substantially all of Chellomedia, the international content division of Liberty Global for €750 million (approximately US$1.035 billion).
