New York - Nielsen has released findings, which, for the first time, provide statistical evidence of a two-way causal influence between broadcast TV tune-in for a programme and the Twitter conversation around that programme. Viki reaches 10.2m app install mark
Global TV site Viki has surpassed 10.2m total installs of its apps in Q2 2013, a nearly seven-fold increase from last year. Over 41% of the app users watched content on a tablet platform, while iOS users watched on average 2.5 times more than Android users, according to the report from Viki. Singapore – Sony Pictures Television (SPT) Networks has ordered a second season of Hannibal. The second season will run for 13 episodes and launch next year.
