Randy Jackson to leave FOX’s “American Idol”
According to FOX News, Randy Jackson, the remaining original American Idol judge, will not be returning to the FOX talent competition next season. Jackson said in a statement that he will be leaving American Idol to focus on his record label and other business opportunities. Nielsen expands digital measurement with pilot programme for new content ratings
New York – Nielsen has announced a pilot programme for Nielsen Digital Program Ratings, which will measure audiences for TV content viewed online. A+E, ABC, AOL, CBS, The CW, Discovery Communications, FOX, NBC and Univision have all signed on to participate in this test, which will begin in May and run through July.
