London – Online platforms Netflix and Amazon have ramped up their investment in programming, spending $7.5 billion last year -- more than CBS, HBO, Turner and most countries, including South Korea and Australia. Luxembourg – SES announced on March 18 that it has increased its reach in 2013 worldwide to 291 million and in Europe to 151 million TV homes.
