Kuala Lumpur/ Hong Kong/Bangkok - ABU, CASBAA and UNICEF are calling for entries for the 17th Asia-Pacific Child Rights Award from broadcasters and producers in the region. Programmes both for children and about children are eligible and can cover any children’s rights issue. 2014 marks ABU Children’s Drama Co-production Series’ 10th anniversary
Tokyo – The Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union (ABU) is an association of broadcasters in the Asia-Pacific region. Every year, it conducts an international co-production project called ABU Children’s Drama Co-production Series. ABU Programming Director steps down
As of November 11, 2013, Takeshi Doki will no longer serve as Director, ABU Programming, ABU Secretariat, Kuala Lumpur. The end of his three-year tenure with the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union will see Doki return to Tokyo and take up a new position in NHK as Head, Programming Department, NHK World TV.
