Star TV and BSkyB sign multi-year carriage deal
Star TV UK and BSkyB (Sky) have inked a new carriage deal that will enable Sky’s customers to have access to an expanded range of Star TV’s entertainment channels and programming. UK’s BSkyB (Sky) has won a high court case against Hong Kong’s PCCW regarding its use of the name NOW TV for its new OTT service. Sky extends content agreements with NBCUniversal
Sky has entered a new multi-year licensing agreement with NBCUniversal for exclusive television rights in the UK and Ireland to current, upcoming and library feature films for its Sky Movies service.
