Celestial Tiger Entertainment announces five new carriage deals

Cambodia launches first national digital terrestrial pay-TV platform
Phnom Penh, Cambodia – Today marks the official soft launch ceremony of Cambodia’s first national Pay Digital Terrestrial TV Platform, under the “One TV” brand name.
