Seoul- Pandora TV, Korea’s largest video-sharing site, has raised US$10 million, led by DCM, a Silicon Valley-based venture capital firm, to expand its service offerings and finance further build-out of its network infrastructure. Seoul-- Beginning next month, South Koreans will be able to watch free TV programs on mobile handsets.
