BBC delivers record viewership with London Olympics

The London 2012 Olympic Games delivered the biggest national television event since current measuring systems began, with 51.9 million (90% of the UK population) watching at least 15 minutes of coverage. About 24.2 million (42% of the UK population) also watched at least 15 minutes of coverage on the BBC Red Button. IOC to stream live London 2012 events on its YouTube channel

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) will be streaming live the London 2012 Olympic Games in 64 territories on its YouTube channel. IOC expects to offer over 2,200 hours of sporting event coverage from London 2012, including all the medals finals, on the channel. ESPN STAR Sports provides Olympics coverage on Astro

Kuala Lumpur – ESPN STAR Sports, the official broadcaster of the London 2012 Olympic Games, recently announced its broadcast coverage on Astro that will provide the most extensive coverage of the sporting meet in Malaysia across 15 channels.
