CTH sues Apple over EPL app
According to the Bangkok Post, Thai cable television company CTH is suing Apple for $3 million, for selling an app that violates its exclusive rights to the EPL. The Bangkok Post reported that this move is aimed at solving the problem of slow installation of its cable-TV and Ku-band satellite-TV services for new subscribers wishing to watch the EPL games.
