41 bids submitted for 24 digital TV licences in Thailand
The Bangkok Post has reported that out of 33 companies who purchased bidding documents, all but four have submitted applications for the 24 available digital TV licenses, according to National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC). FRANCE 24 has concluded a new distribution agreement with TVB NETWORK VISION, one of Hong Kong’s pay-TV operators, and launches its English version on the basic service available to TVB's fibre cable subscribers. HKTV seeks portal after news blow
According to Hong Kong’s The Standard, local news from Hong Kong Television (HKTV) will cease airing on the Hong Kong Broadband Network when its contract with the broadcaster ends.
