FRANCE 24 has concluded a new distribution agreement with TVB NETWORK VISION, one of Hong Kong’s pay-TV operators, and launches its English version on the basic service available to TVB’s fibre cable subscribers.

This new agreement coincides with the deployment of TVB’s new fibre cable network offer across the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
