Paris/Sydney – International production conglomerate Banijay Group and leading Australian production company Screentime, have announced the conclusion of a deal which will see Banijay acquiring a majority stake in Screentime, its operations in New Zealand, and its interest in its affiliate company in Ireland. Paris – Banijay International has sold its musical game show Super Star Ding Dong, to Jiangsu Broadcasting Corporation China (JSBC). JSBC will co-produce the format, due to air in the coming months, exclusively with Idea Asia Media. Paris – Banijay International has signed a deal with China’s first online TV portal, Qiyi , to produce its branded entertainment format Date My Car. The agreement will see the portal produce twenty half-hour episodes of the show for a sponsorship partner in the coming months.
