SES reports solid growth for 3Q12, YTD results
Satellite company SES has achieved total revenues of EUR1.36 billion for the first nine months of the year, up by 6.1% compared to the same period last year. On a constant FX basis, this figure was up by 1.6% despite the significant impact of the switch-off of analogue transmissions in Germany at the end of April. BSkyB wins trademark battle against PCCW for “NOW TV” brand
UK’s BSkyB (Sky) has won a high court case against Hong Kong’s PCCW regarding its use of the name NOW TV for its new OTT service.
