Eutelsat Corporate makes agreement with Abertis
Paris - Eutelsat Communications and Abertis Group have reached an agreement on the sale of Eutelsat’s 33.69% stake in Hispasat to Abertis. It follows the initiation of the process in July 2016 when Eutelsat exercised the put option granted in 2008 by Abertis, Hispasat’s majority shareholder. SES reports solid growth for 3Q12, YTD results
Satellite company SES has achieved total revenues of EUR1.36 billion for the first nine months of the year, up by 6.1% compared to the same period last year.
