Hong Kong TV stations fined for illegal spectrum trading
The South China Morning Post has reported that the Office of the Communications Authority has imposed a fine of HK$200, 000 each on TVB and ATV for illegal spectrum trading. Singapore – StarHub TV is set to produce and commission up to S$6 million in Public Service Broadcast (PSB) content. As of November 11, 2013, Takeshi Doki will no longer serve as Director, ABU Programming, ABU Secretariat, Kuala Lumpur.
