Singapore– Winners of the Movie Makers Short Film Competition (我要当导演) were announced by mm2 Entertainment Pte. Ltd. at an awards ceremony held at the Genexis Theatre in Fusionopolis. The Guest-of-Honour for the awards ceremony was Mr Gabriel Lim, Chief Executive Officer, Media Development Authority Singapore (MDA).

The panel comprised of Singaporean directors Jack Neo and Eric Khoo, Malaysian director Chiu Keng Guan, Taiwanese director Raymond Jiang and Hong Kong award-winning actor-producer Gordon Lam.

 

The top 3 films are as follows:

Best Film: You & Me directed by Mr Sean Ng (黄俊伟)

1st Runner Up: Will You Be My Valentine? directed by Ms Ellie Ngim (嚴依俐)

2nd Runner Up: Come Home directed by Ms Sabrina Tan (陈芬仪)
