The launch of Talpa’s new drama series Meisje van Plezier (Tr. Girl of Pleasure) has secured fantastic ratings in the Netherlands on RTL4. This week the series was up on slot average by a stunning +75.9% in market share 20-49! Time-shifted viewing added another 230,000 viewers to last week’s launch, resulting in a viewer average of 1.3M per episode.

Meisje van Plezier (Tr. Girl of Pleasure) is a drama series about a housewife who, after she finds out that her husband is cheating on her with her half-sister, regains her independence by becoming a high-class escort girl. Although her husband and children are everything for her, she has been trapped between the walls of her marriage for too long. Throughout the series we see how Nadine is blossoming in a time when she thought she would fall deepest.
