The official partner of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between France and China – TV5MONDE – will broadcast Franco- Chinese friendship gala on the first day of Chinese New Year –19 February.
It will be broadcasted on all TV5MONDE channels.
This event celebrates in music, 50 years of diplomatic ties between the two nations.
Chinese and French artists were invited to come on stage for a big show in Beijing. Whether it was a solo or in a duet, they performed famous hits and musical masterpieces from both countries: Les Choristes , La fleur que tu m’avais jetée selection from Carmen, Comme d’habitude , and J’te le dis quand meme.
Song Jianin and Julien Gaudfroy hosted the show. Amongst the artists were Patrick Bruel, Christophe Barratier, Vincent Niclo, Lü Siqing, Laurent Korcia, Li Yundi, Dai Yuqiang, Arielle Dombasle, Yelle, Lei Jia, Jeanne Cherhal, Liao Changyong, Anne Queffelec, Zhang Yingxi, Xue Haoyin, Chen Ming…
