Sue Houghton has joined NHNZ for a number of blue-chip productions, including two projects for Animal Planet. She will be working from NHNZ’s Washington DC office.
Houghton has a legendary background in TV and movie production as a producer, director and writer. She has worked on a range of factual productions and spent more than eight years working for National Geographic Television.
Specializing in expedition and marine-focused programming, Houghton has been a key part of numerous development projects for Nat Geo Wild and PBS, including The Secret Life of Predators, Planet Carnivore, Hunter and Hunted and the expedition special Kingdom of the Blue Whale.
