FIGHT SPORTS Network has announced that Adam Zecha, formerly Executive Vice President and Head of Sales at ESPN Star Sports/ Fox Int’l Channels Southeast Asia, has joined the company as Managing Director, Asia Pacific.
Zecha will bring almost two decades of channel/ content distribution experience to the organisation, having spent more than 15 years at ESPN, and will lead FIGHT SPORTS as it continues its commercial expansion throughout the region.
During his time at ESPN STAR Sports, Zecha spearheaded the strategy, development, launch and distribution of new services such as ESPNEWS, ESPN HD, ESPN Player, mobile ESPN live streaming in 2009–10 as well as developing partnerships across the region to secure English Premier League rights from 2007–2013.

CSI Sports has secured carriage deals with operators in 11 countries across Asia and Europe since launching in December 2012. The channel is already carried on eight of the leading pay-TV platforms in Asia – most recently launching on SingTel mio TV in Singapore – with several more to be announced soon.
