Beyond Productions’ MythBusters has been nominated for an Emmy® Award, for the third year running, in the Outstanding Reality Program category. The nominated episode features President of the United States, Barack Obama, who called on the Mythbusters to test myths of his choosing. Now in its 8th season, Mythbusters, led by Jamie Hynamen and Adam Savage, have solved more than 800 myths and in the process detonated 7 tonnes of explosives and destroyed over 100 cars. The series is produced for the Discovery Channel by Beyond Productions in San Francisco, with all post production based in Sydney.
