AP1TV and MEASAT team up for Nepalese broadcasting

KUALA LUMPUR – MEASAT Satellite Systems has signed an agreement with Nepal Digital Services, to broadcast four free-to-air video channels across Nepal.   The four channels, which have already begun transmission, are AP1HD, BTV Business, TV Today and TV Filmy. Star India to broadcast 2014 and 2016 Olympics

According to Reuters, Star India was awarded the broadcast rights for the 2014 winter Olympics and 2016 summer Games for seven South Asian countries, including India and Pakistan, the International Olympic Committee (IOC) said. Zodiak Kids inks multiple sales agreements across Asia

Zodiak Kids has secured a raft of programme sales throughout Asia for over 280 hours of programming from across their portfolio. Cartoon Network has picked up a third series (52X11’) of Horrid Henry to air in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, the Maldives and Sri Lanka.
