Two new FTA television licences were awarded to i-Cable's Fantastic TV and PCCW's HK Television Entertainment Company. TVB incurs fine for anti-competition practices
The complaint from ATV alleged that certain clauses in TVB's contracts and informal practices with its talents prevented, distorted and substantially restricted competition.
