Three-to-six months transition for Sparrowhawk to NBCU
It looks like the ramifications of NBC Universal's $US350 million acquisition of Sparrowhawk Holdings won't be felt in the Asia Pacific for some time. BBC World launches ad-supported broadband service
London/Singapore - Audiences from outside the UK can now access an ad-supported broadband news clip service from BBC World, the BBC’s international news channel. New Delhi: Leading media stocks have taken a battering in India amid growing concern over heightened competition, fragmentation and rising costs in the media sector.
