London – Sony Pictures Television (SPT) is expanding its non-scripted offering with acquisitions, commissions and a talent tie-in ahead of MIPCOM. Breakaway, one of SPT’s newest gameshows, has been picked up by Egypt’s Al Hayat, with SPT Arabia commissioned to produce a local version to be stripped through weekdays.
