Beijing - Shanghai Media Group (SMG) signed a framework agreement with Xinhua News Agency on cooperation in the new media field such as mobile TV and IPTV. China Telecom has officially launched its tender for procurement of IPTV set-top boxes on August 4, according to Marbridge Consulting.
