Miami – beIN SPORTS, the international sports network, announced on July 22 that its live streaming platform, beIN SPORTS PLAY, would become beIN SPORTS CONNECT as of July 16. Authenticated beIN SPORTS CONNECT users will be able to log into the beIN SPORTS website and access both the English and Spanish networks, as well as additional live matches and events that cannot be seen anywhere other than on beIN SPORTS CONNECT.

France’s Ligue 1 commences on August 9, and both Spain’s La Liga and Italy’s Serie A kick-off on August 23. Viewers will be able to watch the stars of the recently concluded World Cup including player of the tournament Lionel Messi and top scorer James Rodriguez, as well as Superstars Cristiano Ronaldo, Neymar, Andrea Pirlo, David Luiz, & Memo Ochoa among others, who all play in leagues covered exclusively on beIN SPORTS and beIN Sports CONNECT.
During the 2013/14 season, there were over 50% more live matches and sporting events aired on beIN SPORTS CONNECT that were unavailable on the networks and anywhere else but on the platform. Additional content includes matches from the Spanish, Italian, and French leagues that are not shown live on the network, as well as live matches from popular soccer leagues such as The Russian Premier League, England’s football Championship (England’s Second Division), and La Liga Adelante (Spain’s Second Division). World class international sporting events and series like the World Superbike Championship, Giro d’Italia, World Rallycross Championship and Italian Volleyball Serie A are also featured live on beIN SPORTS CONNECT.
All programming on beIN SPORTS CONNECT is offered in HD and is available on broadband-connected PCs, mobile tablets and smart phones.
