Miami – Scripps Networks Interactive has launched its leading culinary lifestyle channel Food Network on Movistar TV Chile. Operated by Telefonica, one of the largest telecom operators in the world, the channel is now available in high-definition on channel 839.

Food Network Latin America features international hit series including ruthless cooking competition, Cutthroat Kitchen, hosted by Alton Brown; Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives, which follows host Guy Fieri on a cross-country road trip as he visits some of America’s classic diners; and All-Star Academy, that features 10 home cooks competing in a series of culinary challenges to take home a cash prize.
