Palisades Park, New Jersey – With sales hitting over 180 countries and territories worldwide, Alfred Haber, President of Alfred Haber Distribution, Inc. (AHDI), announced that the company has finalised numerous deals for the upcoming 2014 63rd Annual Miss Universe® Pageant set to air live in the U.S. on NBC, for the first time as a three-hour television event, from Miami-Doral, Florida, on 25 January. The Miss Universe Organisation and Miami have had a longstanding relationship, with the Miss Universe Pageant being held in the Greater Miami area 15 times, more than any other host city in the world. The spectacular is produced by The Miss Universe Organisation, a Donald J. Trump and NBC Universal joint venture.
Broadcasters from around the world signed on to air Miss Universe include: Seven Network (Australia), Paris Premiere (France), Televisa (Mexico), ABS-CBN (Philippines), Turner International (Latin America), TV2 (Denmark), Rede Bandeirantes (Brazil), M-Net (Africa), Caracol (Columbia), BEC World Public (Thailand), FOX International Channels (Southeast Asia), Venevision (Venezuela), Asia Today (India), and FOX International (Japan).

In addition to the accolades for their glamour and beauty, the Miss Universe ® Pageant pays tribute to some of today’s most interesting and impressive women by honouring their cultures, background, talent and hard work. For the competition, contestants from more than 90 countries around the world will be judged in three categories: swimsuit, evening gown and interview, as they vie for the coveted title of Miss Universe. Gabriela Isler from Venezuela will crown her successor at the conclusion of the upcoming live telecast.
