World Wide Entertainment has partnered with ITN Productions to commission World Wide Icons – a 12-part biographical documentary series of one-hour long episodes which uses unique footage from ITN’s archive to feature the most iconic figures of the 20th and 21st century.
The series will include expert analysis to provide in-depth biographical portraits of people including Queen Elizabeth II, Nelson Mandela, Pope Benedict XVI, John F. Kennedy, Prince William and Kate, and their new baby, Margaret Thatcher, Muhammad Ali, Bill Gates, Richard Branson, David Beckham, and controversial sportsman Lance Armstrong, Tiger Woods and Oscar Pistorius.
