NHK ‘s documentary wins a Peabody Award

Tokyo — NHK’s documentary Surviving the Tsunami was a winner at this year’s George Foster Peabody Award. The programme was broadcast by 60 broadcasters in 44 countries and regions, sharing with our international audiences the analysis and the lessons drawn out of this unprecedented disaster.
