Mumbai – BIG CBS PRIME is the number one channel in India among males aged 25 to 44, surpassing all other competing English general entertainment channels. According to the TAM Media Research’s reports of week 52 of 2011, the Gross Rating Point (GRP) for BIG CBS PRIME was 4.23, overtaking the GRP of AXN and Star World, which stood at 3.69 and 3.35 respectively. The male-oriented programme Galileo Extreme, ranked first in Television Viewer Ratings (TVR) in the action/thriller genre across the country. Also, the 10pm Monday to Thursday time band that airs The Jerry Springer Show, garnered the best TVR over the last few weeks of the year. To continue its success, BIG CBS PRIME has lined up a slew of new content for viewers this year. The channel will kick-off the latest seasons of Survivor and Hawaii Five-O soon.
