Singapore/Malaysia/Philippines – MTV’s new original series The MTV Show, will premiere on 7 January. The programme will be hosted by MTV VJ Holly and Rich Herrera. The weekly countdown show, which airs on MTV SEA every Saturday, features top-rated music videos, movies, celebrity news and popular culture. The hosts will also engage viewers via social media tools, by responding to feedbacks and challenges posted on MTV Asia’s Facebook and Twitter sites. Tan Sian Ju, Vice President of Youth and Music, Viacom International Media Networks, believes that “People today want to be heard, and The MTV Show is the place to let them know we are listening.”
