Shanghai – Singapore’s Net Leader Holdings Private Limited (NL Holdings) has entered into a strategic partnership with China International Television Corporation (CITVC) & China Radio, Film and Television Programs Exchange Centre (CPEC). This partnership will facilitate cultural exchange and development between Singapore and China. CITVC & CPEC are the distribution and production arms of CCTV. They are the largest television media consortiums in China. NL Holdings is a media management company specialising in platform management, content production and distribution, and receives strong support from Media Development Authority. In the next one year, there will be an investment of US$30 million from NL Holdings. NL Holdings together with CITVC & CPEC, will develop high quality content, invest in production films and television programs, venture into international media business, promote international cultural exchanges and work together on content distribution.
