FremantleMedia Enterprises (FME) in conjunction with BBC One announced the return of drama series Merlin to BBC One this autumn in the UK. The second season of Merlin will introduce a host of guest stars joining the recurring cast over the 13 week run. Mackenzie Crook (Pirates of the Caribbean, The Office) is announced to play Cedric, while Charles Dance (Bleak House, Gosford Park) will guest star as Aredian. FremantleMedia Enterprises (FME) has invested in the series, alongside producers Shine Television and BBC One, and hold exclusive licensing rights across distribution, home entertainment (excluding the UK) and licensing worldwide.
