Google blocks Microsoft’s YouTube app for Windows Phone
According to a Forbes report, earlier this week, Microsoft released its new YouTube application for Windows Phone after it was disabled in May 2013 by YouTube for failing to display ads. Though the new app displays ads, the app was blocked again by Google, apparently because the app violates YouTube’s terms of service, even though the two companies collaborated on the app, added the report. YouTube founders introduce new video editing app
YouTube founders Chad Hurley and Steve Chen According to The Telegraph, the application is similar to Instagram and Twitter’s Vine, but with MixBit the emphasis is on collaboration and editing clips together.
