The Tokyo Broadcasting System (TBS) variety programme, Takeshi's Castle, celebrates its tenth year on the air in the UK with a new six-part series scheduled to broadcast in the UK starting March 8, 2013. Venevision, TBS Service sign deal to bring Eva Luna to Japan

TBS sues ABC over copyright
Tokyo - Tokyo Broadcasting System Inc has sued ABC in the US, claiming that obstacle course programme Wipeout copies TBS TV properties, including Takeshi's Castle. Law suit was reportedly filed with the US District Court in Los Angeles, with seeking an injunction that ABC ceases to air Wipeout and pays damages over the alleged infringement of copyrights to TBS shows.
