Globo’s Brazilian version of ‘Supermax’ was nominated at the Seoul International Drama Awards, which awards the best international productions for television. Globo’s series ‘Merciless’ and ‘The Hunter’ are now part of the Walter Presents VOD service, which is dedicated to foreign drama and comedy in the UK and U.S. The service is part of Channel 4’s online platform. Globo hit a major home run in the first half of 2017. The network had the best six months of the last five years and was the only Brazilian network to increase its ratings over the same period last year.
