Endemol Group has reached an agreement with more than two-thirds of the company's lenders to a capital restructuring. Chilean public broadcaster TVN has ordered a primetime Spanish version of UK series Secret Diary of a Call Girl, originally produced by Endemol-owned Tiger Aspect.
