Hong Kong -Stewart Li, Managing Director, Carat Media Services Hong Kong Limited, is leaving the firm in mid-September to launch his own business. The outdoor ad market will reach US$30.4 billion worldwide by 2010, according to Global Industry Analysts’ Outdoor Advertising: A Global Strategic Business Report.
