Hong Kong -Stewart Li, Managing Director, Carat Media Services Hong Kong Limited, is leaving the firm in mid-September to launch his own business. Li, who was based in Shanghai and Beijing from 1996 to 2000, says his new venture is related to the China market. He declined to elaborate until he leaves Carat. Pauline Chu, a 15-year veteran of the advertising and media agencies world, has been promoted to General Manager of Carat Hong Kong, succeeding Li.
