Seoul- The Seoul Drama Awards, an annual competition for dramas produced worldwide, were presented on August 28 at the KBS Hall in Seoul with Japanese, Korean and Chinese works taking top honours. KBS’s A Dwarf Launches a Small Ball won the HDTV feature drama award with Granada International’s Prime Suspect 7 as runner up. The Tudors reign in South Korea
Hong Kong- Sony Pictures Television International’s 10-episode TV series The Tudors, runner up for the mini-series award at the Seoul Drama Awards, has posted strong ratings in South Korea, after premiering on CJ Media’s CH. Sydney- The Seven Network reached a milestone last week, notching its 100th win in the nightly prime-time ratings in the 2007 survey, more than the combined tallies of its rivals Nine and Ten.
