Crowdfunded “Stromberg – The Film” sees a return on investment

Cologne-based Brainpool TV GmbH, which took its cult comedy TV series Stromberg to the big screen after securing €1 million through a crowd-sourced funding initiative, has now seen the project reach pay back threshold. Investors in the film are now seeing a return as more than one million movie-goers across Germany have seen the film. Banijay’s “Stars in Danger: The High Dive” goes to Peru and Spain

Banijay’s Brainpool crowd-sourced €1M for new film

Cologne-based Brainpool TV GmbH, a Banijay Group company, will bring its cult comedy TV series Stromberg to the big screen thanks to one million Euros in fan funding raised in a seven day period toward the financing of the film. Banijay’s Stars In Danger: High Diving jumps into U.S.

London/Los Angeles – FOX in the U.S. has licensed Banijay International’s original diving format, Stars In Danger: High Diving, in a new deal.
