Kuala Lumpur - MEASAT Satellite Systems Sdn. Bhd. has announced that the MEASAT-3a satellite has secured a launch on 21 August 2008. Singapore - Irdeto announced that Hebei Broadcasting and Television Information Network (Group) Co., LTD and Xinjiang Broadcast & Television Transmission Network have chosen the Irdeto DVB conditional access solution for their digital migration process.
